Course instructor:

Preferably a graduate in any discipline with sound academic performance, and having desire, patience and ability to impart training to students, and having love for children is the key qualification.

Responsibility: You will have responsibility of developing the hidden potential of every child by conducting training. You will need to ensure good repot with students parents and keep them informed about the growth of their children

	Counsellor:
	A female with pleasing personality and stable attitude who is comfortable in personal as well as tele communications. Proficiency in English Hindi and Gujarati is must. Responsibilities: she needs to counsel inquiries for our concept, ensure good number of enrollments. She will also have to maintain other administrative records in the center and general correspondence.

Assistant Course Instructor:

Preferably a female graduate/undergraduate who can assist the main course instructor. Prior experience is not required. Good communication skills will be an added advantage.
Responsibility : she needs to assist the Course instructor and help her in regular work for keeping an eye on the students, and thus provide personalize attention to students work. Also help in checking their regular class work and home work.

Center Manager:

The candidate should be postgraduate/ graduate in the field of management/commerce. Minimum two years of work experience is must. Communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory.
Responsibilities: He/she will be responsible for total administration of the center and upliftment of the center. He/she will have to make efforts to grow the center in the volume of children and activities. To look into the total working pattern of center including all functions of management viz. planning, organizing, recruiting, training, controlling, marketing, etc.
